Farewell !!

Well it with a sad heart I leave Ignite today.   After 5 years with the company and having worked with or delivered change training to you all on this forum it is time for me to share my love of change in another company !

I am joining the FCA leading a change programme – exactly what I will find out when I starts on 2 Feb.

I hope to remain on here as a change practitioner so I can join in your discussions and continue to share insights and learning.
