Does anyone have any experience or good examples where end-users have been involved from the start in the design of change? What did it look like? How structured was the process? Love to hear your thoughts!

James – good question. We have examples here at Ignite of getting involvement in both the ‘destination’, ie ensuring that the design of the future process/technology/etc will in fact work for the ultimate users, and the ‘journey’, ie what is the best route for a programme of chnage to take to ensure that it involves the right people and delivers the right benefits. My inclination is to be quite structured and formal about this involvement to ensure that it is a respected and protected aspect of the plan. Happy to talk if it would help. Mark

Thanks for sharing your perspective, Mark. I really agree on the structured aspect….
